this is simplest hack ever.
just put
ip:10.239.221.22
and port:8080
in firefox
and click on 'use this proxy server for all protocols

and go to
10.239.php.t9space.com
or 10.239.php.proxy-service.de
and sirf and download with high speed of 50-55 kb....use apn:rcomwap

and it may disconnect and corrupt your file in between or before 100% and then u have to redownload it

so to prevent redownloading use IDM:internet download manager

just do setting

go to downloads in IDM>OPTION>PROXY TAB>AND PUT SAME IP AND PORT IN 'USE HTTP PROXY'
AND UNCHECK ALL OTHER .

DONE

ENJOY 55KB SPEED..if u are in Reliance's Smart area like WB, Bihar etc then Smartwap is must be used as APN. otherwise use rcomwap or rcommms.
